I worked at Caesars Entertainment full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

They are good with their training and stress cross training

    Cons

Customer service above all else to the detriment of the staff's satisfaction

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Even with the cut backs realize that your staff is what makes your business run. You don't get your HUGE bonuses without them so take that into account when you deal with and train them

I worked in an experimental division there. Let's just say it was a new trick that an old dog couldn't learn.

I worked at Caesars Entertainment full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Industry leader, culture of success, strong benefits and employee support, obvious employee perks. Best-of-breed for traditional gaming positions.

    Cons

Specific to my experience: Inability to incorporate new ideas into generations-old business practices, as well as provide necessary support for said ideas, e.g. a marketing budget. Leadership not tailored to task at hand, resulting in a confused workforce.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Apply resources to any new large-scale project comparable with longstanding practices. Tailor Management staffing to task at hand.
