I have been working at Caesars Entertainment full-time (more than a year)

Pros

Corporate: High turnaround allows for the ability to move up the ladder relatively quickly. Very unique experience. Caesar's is the leader in analytics in the industry by a long shot. It's refreshing to see them value analytics and data as much as they do.

Cons

Corporate: Bonuses are so low they are insulting. It's not unheard of for people to work 10+ hour days about 50% of the time or more. Caesar's tends to hire a lot of people straight out of academia so they can pay lower salaries. But then after people get 1-2 years experience, they move on to a location or pay they want. Hence high turnaround.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer better pay to attract better talent that will stay.

I have been working at Caesars Entertainment full-time

    Pros

Relatively good pay for the area, fun environment

    Cons

Hard to have a family life: long hours, weekends and holidays are mandatory work days unless you get lucky to get specific scheduled days. Very limited off time, point system can work against you if you have children (they get sick or have try to attend school functions). After a certain number of points you are fired, very easy to point out with a family. High turn over usually means overloaded work day.

I worked at Caesars Entertainment part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The guest were friendly and nice.

    Cons

If you speak out against the wrongs done to you...they would from that point on, find any and every reason to fire you. HR is a joke, suppose to be for the employees as well, but will listen to supervisors before you. A LOT OF FAVORTISM!!!!! (sp check) no holiday pay, ever changing rules, lack of sufficient training, employees scared to speak up on account of risk of being fired, Rude....BUZZ IS A JOKE!!!! The people there are all miserable, but too scared to speak on why. Can not keep help!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start listening to employees. ...just because your supervisors say so...it may not be TRUTH...we are humans...and deserve to be treated as such. ....
