Pros

Free Lunch
Free Parking
Fitness Center
You can eat free meals at different times of the day if you want breakfast or dinner there.

Cons

Ability to move up is minimal.
Below standard pay ( new hires get paid more than those working there 10 plus years)
Old technology to work with, offices are made from used piece meal parts from the 70's.

Advice to Management

Make experience valuable by hiring from within instead of looking for fresh meat all of the time. Don't promote people just because they giggle at everything and nothing else.

    Pros

It is a strong player in the Casino and Resort industry and you have a lot opportunities to learn there. Life is balanced and people are friendly in general.

    Cons

More training to employees. And the communication can be better to inspire ideas, passion, etc. Hope to have more projects which can help Harrah's grow and the employees grow as well.

    Advice to Management

In general, management is doing a great job. But maybe the company needs a little more flexible so that it can meet the needs in a fast-paced market.

  2. difficult at times but some of my superiors were very suppotive
