Smart and Good people, Good technology, but management has horrible people skills and won't take advice.

ProsGood technology to work with and grow skills in new areas. Many great people and innovators in the company early on that were amazing to work with.

ConsTechnical people promoted to justify higher salaries, but given no training on how to manage or coach people. Bad personality mixes in teams led to many confrontational situations that hindered productivity. The CEO comes from the food industry, and views everyone like disposable factory workers.

    Work for another company if you can
