Pros

Entrepreneurial work environment. Lots of autonomy could create your own projects, respect from employer. Great flexibility, work life balance is respected. Great contact with the entire organization, very flat structure. Free Ice Cream!! Lots of contact with the creator of the concept who asks for lots of imput and actually cares what you think.

Cons

Small office, no verticle career progression. Very little oversight of work, could be a plus but often was a minus for myself. Lots of driving, and trivial jobs some times such as delivering things to stores. Very little urgency which sometimes makes you feel like the projects are unimportant.

Advice to Senior Management

Little more structure for positions is needed, maybe some plan for career development.
