Former Employee – worked at Caldwell Memorial Hospital as a contractor for more than a year

Pros – A pro to working here was that it is convenient to the immediate area. Co workers are always willing to help to share their knowledge.

Cons – The con to working at a hospital is of course the "on call' part of the job. Likewise the con at a private institution is the uncertainty of the time you would leave daily; this type of schedule makes it hard to schedule after work/school activities.

Advice to Senior Management – Make sure there are open lines of communication between you and your employees. Not just the words but actions as well.
