Advice to Senior Management
Salary of Superintendent is off kilter as is the case with so many leading management positions, and top executives, which always translates into the equivalent amount, in dollars (of greed over need) ...in that amount less freed up monies, which could have been used to hire more (whatever particular number) of professionals (usually needed) at the middle payscale of the organization--leading to a better quality of life for more people rather than a cash grab for the powerful in our world. That greed leads to a vicious cycle of "what's in it for me" generations and unsustainable "bars" set for personal pleasure and lavish lifestyles unfairly landing on the few, who should be concentrating on servant leadership to change our world rather than on the status quo. $150, 000-200,000k per year is still rich by most of the world's individual population's standards. 3 and 4 hundred k per year is simply a demonstration of evil and how those on the winning end will keep justifying it on their end, and escalating it upon numerous people's expense.
