Love the environment . Love my boss. Hours are very flexible and family comes first

Cons

It seems that corporate mandates come down weekly that make absolutely no sense. It is hard to stay motivated when you are told you are an asset to the company but then you can't get compensated.

Advice to Senior Management

Please please talk to the sales force and use some of the ideas. They are great ,
