Pros

Flexible work schedule. Very family oriented. Pay is decent to start off. Benefits are good too. 401k is good compared to others.

Cons

No room for growth. Not a lot of job promotional opportunities. Incentives is not good to employees. Not enough goals within branch system to compete with other institutions.

Advice to Senior Management

Need more leadership program to train employees so that there is room for internal promotion and growth. Incentives can be updated to give more incentives for employees to work harder.
