It's ok

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee)
Monarch Beach, CA

I worked at California Bank & Trust

ProsClosed on the weekends
Pay is about average, nothing special
Easy job until you move into the sales side
Doesn't have a lot of bad debt like most banks

ConsWorst benefits in the banking industry, every other bank I've worked for has offered better benefits
It's really slow so you can get bored easily
Started laying people off

Advice to Senior ManagementGive the employees better benefits to choose from. Health benefits are extremely important and CB&T has the worst in the industry.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
