I have been working at California Casualty

    Pros

Flexible for parents with children. Pay is good. Nice surroundings and easy commute. Employees are freindly to one another. Long term employees.

    Cons

Exec Mgmt shifted to younger group and they're inexperience is showing. Make changes for the sake of making changes - trying to make thier mark. Health and retirement benefits have been reduced. Communication is poor and it now has the high school clique feel to it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some to an agreement on strategy. Make some tough decisions about those exec level managers that run your marketing dept.and read your core code and take a look around to be certain you are following it.
