Pros

The product is great. They give installers alot of freedom while out in the feild. All in all a great place to work

Cons

The room for advancement is not that good. If you install for a few years, your best chance is to try and get into the sales aspect.

Advice to Senior Management

I think California Closets should hire with-in for most management and sales positions. Also let installers take company vehicle's home when installs are in that direction
