Pros

- The culture is laidback and friendly
- A lot of opportunity to learn for a pro-active person
- The "feel-good" factor of contributing to something that matters

Cons

- A not-for-profit, hence (sometimes) things don't happen as quickly as you would want.
- Not very attractive for young employees

Advice to Senior Management

Hire younger folks too! Create some opportunities for younger people to get involved beyond interns (who mostly don't come back and are hence not a well-thought investment)
