Field Service Specialist (Current Employee)

ProsSalary and benefits are top notch. Although salaries are the same for the same positions throughout the state, so if you live in an expensive part of the state (ie. Bay Area) you may not be as happy as, say, someone in the Central part of the state with the salary.

ConsBureaucratic. They tend to hire very good people but most of the Supervisors are not trained or have not clear function to the organization. Otherwise everyone else is great.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet rid of the Supervisor position altogether or at least hire people who are qualified and understand the work that their subordinate do.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
