Former Employee – worked at Caliper full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Caliper is an interesting place. Filled with smart people, the work is interesting. Generally there is flexibility how you approach your responsibilities and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Cons – Senior management tends to be a little out of touch. Some people have little to no accountability while others do the work

Advice to Senior Management – Listen more to your first level managers.
