Great potential, but don't practice what they preach.

I worked at CallSource full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

The lunch truck has great cheeseburgers!!!

Cons

Not the type of environment that promotes creativity and/or individuality.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Favoritism probably shouldn't be promoted and rewarded, especially amongst upper management.

I have been working at CallSource as a contractor for more than a year

    Pros

Work from home that's about it.

    Cons

No movement in company. Managers harass employees constantly. Variable pay based on production and their need to cut pay. Basically chained to desk all day and constant threats to terminate contract.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Overhaul the project, get rid of current managers, and make your contract workers employees being that IRS standards say that they are actual employees with given rules of employment.

Working at a such a mature, loyal and entrepreneurial firm was richly rewarding, albeit brief.

    I worked at CallSource full-time

    Pros

As above, and, for me, I was able to have a completely open door to the executive to whom I reported.

    Cons

Turnover is disruptive although the leaders inspire terrific confidence and morale stays high nonetheless.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No. I'd value theirs, honestly. The invented call tracking, for Heaven's sake.
