I worked at Callaway Golf full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Callaway makes great products, the R & D is top notch. Compensation is good if you can put up with the constant change and BS.

Cons – Share some of the downsides of working aStill trying to hold onto the success from 15-20 years ago. They have been slowly loosing direction and market share since the passing of Ely Callaway. There has been a revolving door of management and business focus becasue of the turnover. Callaway unfortunatly for them is one of the last remaining "Big Boys" of golf equipment that is not owned and managed by a company with much deeper pockets than Callaway has, i.e. Addidas, Nike, Fila. t Callaway Golf.

Advice to Senior Management – Management should listen more to the employees.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
