“Short Stint”
I have been working at Callaway Golf full-time for less than a year
Pros – People you work with, compensation, great perks (if you enjoy golf)
Cons – Limited advancement opportunities, poor middle management, frustrating lack of communication, not a creative environment, poor decisions continue to hurt this company, poor performance quarter after quarter
Advice to Senior Management – Hire true project managers to manage large scale projects. Stop ridiculous spending when the company is in a 'turn-around' phase. Losing good people in favor of almost comical decisions.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
