Current Employee – been working at Calsoft Labs full-time for more than a year

Pros – Flexible timing to work. No Pressure from high level management.

Cons – No proper Systems to work. Still maintaining Pentium P4 processor systems. Worst in satisfying developer's requirements.

Advice to Senior Management – Provide proper development environment(Better System).
