    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Good work/life balance, great employees, they encourage "outside the box" thinking, good pension and benefits

    Cons

you are tied to the state for the good and bad. compensation is tied to the State. since it is hard to get rid of people, you get some that do no work and have no knowledge and there is nothing anyone does about it.

    Advice to Management

repremand those who do no work and recognize those who do great work

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

good retirement benefits, impossible to get fired.

    Cons

Politics reign. Senior mgmt seems competent but middle management is grossly underqualified, directionless, and rely on buzzword drizzle to sound brighter than they are.

    Advice to Management

set better direction for middle management. Reduce the ridiculous amount of bureaucracy needed to get anything done.
