Pros

Free food and drinks (not that kind of drink) when you're on the job
If it's a slow night you can get homework done during your shift

I have been working at Caltech (California)

    Pros

Great relaxed environment. Lots of perks like beautiful campus, friendly people and free food at times.

    Cons

Some people have been here too long and do not like new ideas or changes. They want everything to work the way it did in the 80s or 90s. Not very open to change or trying out something new.

  2.
