    Pros

    They have Convenient Location to work

    Cons

    They do not pay with market rate (college graduates). They have stressful working hours. It is rarely less than 50 hours a week.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Should pay with market rate or reduce workload.

    I worked at Calypso Technology

    Pros

    - a strong balance sheet being CASH rich
    - a global presence

    Cons

    - loss of talented and knowledgeable people with no moves from management to avert such an occurrence
    - too many incompetent managers that don't know how to lead nor execute
    - too many individuals from the same culture (i.e no diversity)
    - lack of respect for good work done by individuals who go above and beyond their call of duty
    - product managers that have no idea what the business requires for the specific product line and then it is developed by arrogant and bully-like development managers
    - complete lack of training from senior individuals to juniors who are empowered to 'test' and make software 'market standard'
    - continued use of 'low-cost' employees to substitute for experience and knowledge

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - since there is hardly any communication from management to employees, then at least listen to your clients and their requests. Do not rely on product managers who ALWAYS claim that their work is 100% used by ALL clients, when in fact it is not even satisfying client's basic needs
