    I worked at Camber full-time

    Pros

Good people. Talented workforce that cares about the customer and fellow employees. I would accept a job with the company again if offered the chance.

    Cons

Not much upward mobility. Negotiations were non-existent when presented an offer. Take-it or leave it. Company recently bought by a larger one and is no longer considered "employee owned."
