Pros

a very good position for college grads. If you wanna learn more about investment industry, maybe this is the right place for you. But not for experienced ppl cuz their pay are not as good as other company.

Cons

They have pretty crazy working hours :/ but you learned this fact when you decided to take the job...isn't it...

Advice to Management

I will said they should higher their compensation in order to keep outstanding employee, this is sad when most of the people in the office just got trained and they will leave the company by the time they can make real contributions.

    Pros

Once you become an Analyst you have a lot more flexibility and leadership opportunities. Similarly, there a tons of opportunities to get involved, but you do need to be proactive and seek them out. The position is realyl what you want to make of it.

    Cons

To get to the Analyst role there is a lot of time spent in the Associate and Senior position, which can be quite grueling and thankless at times. Also, promotion is only available when there is an opening, so despite exceeding expectations and ready to move on to the next step, I was stuck in the other roles longer than necessary.

    Advice to Management

There should definitely be more increases in salary. Salary is good for starting, however, it could be a year or two before you see any increase.
