Learn about underwriting models. Can change schedule anytime you want as long as 20 hours are completed. Do are little work as possible and still get paid.

Cons

Learning tapers off at after 6 months into the job. Not for people that are not detail oriented. Some of the managers do not understand technology.

Advice to Senior Management

Need to get out of their cacoon and realize life outside of Cambridge. Should be more welcoming for new hires.
