Pros

The people there are professional, smart, and well-spoken. Everyone is usually working hard and it seems like the company has a really good culture - people stay with the company for quite some time.

Cons

The work that I did was a little tedious and the pay wasn't great, but I was a temp. It's a niche company so it may be difficult to get a position here long-term if you're not an engineering-programmer.

Great pay and benefits. Not a very young culture.

    Pros

Pay, benefits, opportunities to be promoted, free parking, free MBTA pass, great HR department, great president.

    Cons

Not great for young people, fairly quiet workplace.

    Advice to Management

Give youngsters more of a chance to prove themselves and help out.

    Pros

Some may like the semi-casual atmosphere, relative to other consulting companies. Good benefits.

    Cons

"Analysts" are given very little responsibility or latitude, and rarely given client interaction. Professional growth is slow. New employees are quickly pigeon holed into doing one thing, alot, and focused. Not as much room to expand professional knowledge. Expect to wait 4-5 years after grad school to expect doing more business development and meeting with clients, or leading projects. Other companies give more responsibility much earlier.
