    Pros

    Cameron is growing and this growth provides a breadth of opportunity for people who pursue a career path. Since Cameron is a global company there are a variety of positions in many different countries to provide international experience. In my experience the culture at Cameron encourages quality work and high ethical standards.

    Cons

    Cameron's compensation is at or below average in my experience. Getting a reasonable salary can be challenging and the incentive plan is not always meaningful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    More time and consideration should be spent on employee compensation and incentive plans. Although compensation is not the only motivator for most people, compensation needed to support families and if the salary is not competitive, Cameron can lose talent.
