I have been working at Cameron full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

401k, health insurance, if you like overtime it's mandatory.

    Cons

Supervisors lack experience and are disrespectful to employees.
There is little support from HR or upper management when trying to resolve any issues regarding supervisors actions or behavior towards employees.
Supervisors reprimand employees in front of others to belittle employees and there is little confidentiality regarding personnel matters.
They will not hire additional employees to meet production needs and they require current employees to work mandatory 12 hr days including weekends.
You earn vacation time but are not allowed to use it liberally.
There is not consideration for employees with families or who would like to have a life outside of work.
They will make you work on Sunday's regardless of your religious beliefs.
They hire/promote friends or family regardless of experience or qualifications over long term employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Split workload or hire additional employees so current employees don't have to work 80 hours a week.
Offer voluntary overtime as apposed to mandatory.
Consider performance based raises and promotions.
Promote team leaders and supervisors from within who can offer their experience and coaching instead of someone who screams at employees but has never done the work themselves.
Offer bonuses or more incentives for employees who have been with the company for several years.
Support employees who report supervisor harassment or inappropriate behavior and replace supervisors that are disrespectful towards employees or lack the ability to coach employees and maintain a positive work environment.
