Pros
Projects & people. Excellent technical and PMing senior staff to learn from.
Cons
Large discrepancies in pay and perks between shareholders/corp seniors and normal staff. If not senior have to know people to keep busy.
Advice to Senior Management
Long long way to become truly 'global'.
