Hard work and dedication gets you nowhere unless you're part of the "club of elites."

I worked at Camp Dresser McKee

    Pros

Decent Benefits, Light Rail Access, Decent Workspaces. CDM is lucky to have most of the employees they have, especially in the support and jr levels.

    Cons

Upper management has hidden agendas that target employees they don't deem to be in their club of elites. Many long-term employees are disregarded and under recognized. This company seeks out new grads so they can pay them half of their more experienced counterparts. Dedication and loyalty are not considered as important elements of an employee’s credentials. No work/life balance unless you're in their club of elites.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Denver and corporate management needs to stop basing their decisions regarding who is promoted and/or recognized using their own personal feelings about an employee. Professionalism is lacking and upper management needs to stop having internal struggles amongst themselves that ultimately affect each staff member regardless of their department.
