Alot of benefits, such as time off, short-term disability. They organize alot of company-wide activities and engage employees in the Gift of Giving campaigns.

Cons

Must drive a Chevy to get incentive compensation. Also, incentive compensation is consumed by the top and doesn't trickle down to all employees. I worked for a company where EVERY employee received incentive compensation,

Advice to Senior Management

Don't tell employees that they're lucky to have a job when discussing issues. It doesn't improve morale like it seems to be intended.
