Campbell-Ewald is a good place to start for someone looking for an entry-level position. If you are someone looking for a job in account management or supervision this is a also a great place to find employment.
Cons
If you want to be paid at least on par with what the rest of the industry pays for your job function, you need to look elsewhere. This company is run with an old mindset where traditionally minded employees seem to climb the ladder faster than innovators. If you have a digital background, know going into the door that Campbell-Ewald does not take digital seriously and you will find that creative and account positions pay much higher than those even for digital jobs that are critical to the business.
Campbell-Ewald is also hugely understaffed when it comes to IT, Digital or New Media positions. This puts an additional strain on the employees that work in those departments.
