Some camping world locations are ok places to work. The pay is decent but sales can be challenging to make. The retail side makes decent wages for that line of work.

Cons

There should be more focus on training and less assuming people know everything about a job in a few days. Management needs more training in some locations. Pay more attention in ensuring customer satisfaction and less to selling as much as you can.

Advice to Senior Management

Provide more training. Perhaps offer occasional training classes for customer service and interoffice communication.
