I have been working at Camping World Inc full-time for more than 8 years

Pros – Enjoy co-workers, we all try to support each other. Relatively short commute. Crewmember discounts are generous. I enjoy helping our customers and answering their questions.

Cons – Phone system very stressful and customer deterrent. So many bosses to please! Pay plans unfair. Not enough employees to help customers. Chastised by management for not achieving an unrealistic goal no matter how hard you try. Store manager not supportive at all.

Advice to Senior Management – Invest money in adequate store staffing, and efficient systems and tools; not more executives.
