If you are passionate about Jesus, you will do well at Campus Crusade for Christ. It is an environment that not only cares about your professional development and output, but your personal life as well.

Cons

The internal organization can seem lacking sometimes. They are working to address this though by implementing new tools and resources to change this.

Advice to Senior Management

I would say, treat Cru less like a bureaucratic organization and more like a ministry of the Living God. I think the biggest complaint I have is that the structure of the organization can sometimes get in the way of it's mission. The group is still very passionate about the gospel though.
