CanWest Global Communications – “In time Canwest can become a a top media company however today it is going through too much transition and change.”
Pros
People are great and respectful of eachother.
Cons
Too large and complex with structure and lack of top down communication.
Advice to Senior Management
Take an active role in leading the team for the future and communicate to the team more effectively.
