I have been working at Canada Post

    Pros

    Working outside in nice weather
    Fair Pay
    Transfer available to other cities

    Cons

Some Supervisors are Useless and provide absolutely no support
With the longer routes, it can be extremely stressful to complete your days work
    Poor weather conditions

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Less Management required
Fix most of the routes, they are way too long
Update the instruction sheets on the routes, as there are many errors
Maintain the various outside mail boxes so they work properly
Listen to the frontline workers, co-operate with them to make their job more efficient
Constant Discipline and Suspensions does nothing for Moral - You loose trust
Have a rating system in place to rate Supervisor performance, make them accountable

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
