flexible schedule and good pay. I with a great team of people. great training opportunities.

Cons

too many decision makers and inconsistancy with values. it takes too long to get a descision made, there are way too many meetings, consultations. the forcus is very internal and not customer oriented. The company is top heavy, there is way too many directors, GM's and VP's.

Advice to Senior Management

listen to the customer and employees. senior management needs to walk the talk.
