Pros

Quick work for easy money. Good Benefits, even some offered for part time employees (10 hours a week and over). Part time employees can pick their availability and will get the hours they want. Good for university students. The work is uncomplicated so it's good for those who are looking for a small part time job.

Cons

Drudgery. Lack of respect for the employees from middle and upper management. Stupid and pointless policies that make the job frustrating and at times dangerous to your physical health (Having cashiers do the jobs previously done by clerks). Pay should be better. Money comes before everything else. There's no communication between floor and sales staff and upper management about the conditions of work.
