Great benefits, excellent work/life balance, friendly staff, interesting work, healthy work environment, respectful environment, 9-5 work day, supportive environment, busy but not stressful, very organized, excellent training, excellent for long term employment and for those with family responsibilities on the side

Cons

Can be difficult to get promoted for entry level folks but not impossible, very structured so you can't be super creative until you are higher up
