Pros – Great benefits, excellent work/life balance, friendly staff, interesting work, healthy work environment, respectful environment, 9-5 work day, supportive environment, busy but not stressful, very organized, excellent training, excellent for long term employment and for those with family responsibilities on the side

Cons – Can be difficult to get promoted for entry level folks but not impossible, very structured so you can't be super creative until you are higher up
