    Pros

    - Great experience while still studying
    - Employees are super nice (willing to help you if needed)
    - Reputable company
    - Learnt quite a bit about the industry
    - Learnt a lot about myself
    - Great pay for this level

    Cons

    - Left to figure everything out for myself
    - Boss was away 50% of the summer
    - No time to delegate tasks or explain the ones given
    - Boss had no time to answer questions
    - Employees seemed stressed out and tired
    - No deadlines given
    - No structure

    Advice to Management

Overall I really learnt a lot and it taught me a great deal about the workforce and the company. Downside is that I was expecting more guidance from my superiors. Make sure that the summer students that are interning for you company are treated properly. They are the future of your company and the industry and are willing and eager to work for you guys, you just need to give them the chance and the potential to excel.

    Pros

    Good pay and benefits bonus

    Cons

No time for a family life, work until you can work no longer. There is always a problem someone will try to pass on to the next guy. Get yell at because you can not be in more than one spot at one time. The stress never end only real time off, is scheduled holidays. Need to be available 24/7

    Advice to Management

Look and see how many hours front line mangers need to actually put in. With waiting for track time and managing men , meeting, and paperwork.
