It's better than no job at all.

The low pay traps a lot of people into working 8-12 hour days.

I put in for St. Paul CP and how does the pay and rates of pay go with the CP..How long is training? What percentage do you start at and how long does it take to be a 100% scale? Is there a guarantee or is it hourly? When do benefits kick in? Are there many layoffs? If you could shoot me any Info I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
