The atmosphere is certainly old boys club. There are traditional values throughout and women are discriminated against. There were times that men would put nearly nude women on their computer and stand around drooling and commenting on it in. There is no doubt in my mind that it is a haven for sexist pigs. In the department that I worked in, there was also full scale shouting matches and swearing. Top down management and top down blame. Terrible environment.

Advice to Senior Management

Have some respect for women. Terrible ethics in this company - this company needs a lot of work! WAY TOO TRADITIONAL in values.
