Canadian Tire – “Family oriented environment.... but slow progression”

Pros

Canadian Tire is family oriented with flex hours and benefits. Amazing people to work with and located in the heart of midtown Toronto.

Cons

Management expects you to work for low salary for a long period of time before any promotions. Canadian Tire is Cheap!!!!!!!

Advice to Senior Management

Promote your talent based on skill set instead of years worked..... you'd stop losing your good talent if you did. There's a reason why home depot is as good as they are.
