Pros

Great Corporate Culture, Convenient Corporate Office Location, they emphasize Canadian culture and values. Most of the staff and courteous and friendly.

Cons

slow to adapt to new technologies, due to changing nature of job environment, they hire grads starting from the bottom and you have to work your way up, the starting position may not be what every individual is looking for.

    very political communication between depts is very poor not innovative or entrepreneurial low motivation from staff to try new things

    lack of direction from management low accountability on all levels performance appraisals - staff evaluating management is swept under the carpet
