I have been working at Canadian Tire as a contractor (more than an year)

Pros

They have great benefits, and are always willing to help you succeed.

Cons

10 hour shifts, are hard to get used to, and th rotating of the weekly shifts. And the company does not hire all that often.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would lik to se you hire some of the agency employees that put their all into doing thir best for the company.

    You'd get a dealer that didn't care about their employees, no matter how long they had been with the company

    Pros

    Good schedule, I did not have to work to many hours by week.
    Work stability.
    Overall, great colleagues.
    Easily accessible.

    Cons

    No recognition of work seniority in profit of newer employees.
    No raise, except the one of the minimum salary.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Develop a way to make sure all employees, full or part time, get recognized for their work seniority and their daily good work.
