    Pros

Great Corporate Culture, Convenient Corporate Office Location, they emphasize Canadian culture and values. Most of the staff and courteous and friendly.

    Cons

slow to adapt to new technologies, due to changing nature of job environment, they hire grads starting from the bottom and you have to work your way up, the starting position may not be what every individual is looking for.
