“Good starter”
Current Employee – been working at Canadian Tire part-time for less than a year
Pros – -Great people
-Customer service oriented, get to talk to people if it's busy
-Learn a lot about the retail industry
Cons – -won't allow dead weight time, always have to be doing something
-salaries arn't the best to start
-uniforms are tacky
Advice to Senior Management – -make getting the work done the priority, not how it gets done
