    - great team environment
    - opportunity for movement laterally to different divsions and up
    - great canadian brand

    Cons

    - many levels of buy-in required on programs
    - may be more difficult for some not used to matrixed organizations and the levels of collaborative communication required before sign-offs
    - work life balance can be tough given intense retail and competitive pressures
