Canadian Tire – “Canadian tire is okay to work for”

Made alot of great friends and the pay was decent . Reaaly liked the profit sharing program it was like getting 2 bonuses a year

Cons

unfair treatment of employees and store practices. Poor communication and performance reviews were non-existing. General manager was a control freak which caused alot of turnover.
